We have had two horrendous experiences with Chancellors in Fleet. The first experience was when the agent who was about to market our property left the Fleet branch and did not tell us, she just disappeared despite being in email and phone contact with us nearly daily before this. The second experience is in the last few weeks where we found a property to buy that was marketed by Chancellors. We put in an offer and over a week later still not heard if it is has been rejected or accepted. Complete and utter lack of communication. The fact we have had two bad experiences with different agents at the Chancellors Fleet branch just demonstrates what an awful agency it is. Steer clear!!... Read more

Chancellors dealt with the sale of my four bedroom house in Pondtail (Fleet). Gary Ayling (Executive Sales Manager) kept me updated each week on progress. He was personable and professional throughout and guided me through the processes. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Fleet branch of Chancellors in the future.... Read more
