We rent our property from Chancellors. I would never recommend them to anyone. We have been waiting for them to fix our toilets for months now. They won’t contact me for progress unless I contact them. Renting from Chancellors has become an absolute nightmare. We have needed a few things fixed in our property but it takes weeks/months for someone to even come and have a look. Then another weeks/months for someone to come and fix it. I’d go elsewhere if you’re looking to rent. Very bad customer service.... Read more

after seeing 5 or 6 homes with other estate agents we didn't think that it was going to be impossible to move down to Oxfordshire but then we meet Katie Edmon. she was very helpful emailing us with homes weekly and daily in some cases. she understood what we were looking for and why, and helped us every step of the way. she also showed very good professionalism in all cases. she was very sympathetic to myself and wife as we had to travelled over 3 hours to view. she has helped us view another home which she put forward to us as she listened to our needs. she is a true asset to chancellors...
