Mrs Rebecca Fields performed an amazing task, producing new photographs of my fully renovated flat. A lot of investment has been made and her photographs captured this with great success. Landlords should AVOID. My property is currently let through Chancellors, I made a complaint about not receiving the correct amount of rent from Chancellors before Christmas and they have still not paid this! The branch agreed I was owed over £500, but Emma Cotterell in the Property Management team has ignored 5 emails, 3 phone calls and a formal complaint email. I am now escalating to the estate agents and lettings team at Trading Standards because I'm getting nowhere.

Although efficient I didn’t feel they were working to my benefit and favoured the buyers expectation and wishes to get a quick sale. This made it a very stressful experience and that as a single female my voice was dismissed by pushy men.
