Lying, bullying, general harassment and unprofessional behaviour seem to be Ryan Powers' method of estate agency. He called constantly, demanding answers to questions there is no way I would know and refusing to call any of the other professionals involved. My solicitor finally instructed me not to take any more of his calls and when she tried to speak to him, he hung up on her! He continually tried to frustrate the sale, which I believe is against the ethics of estate agency work and made my life a misery. Sadly this behaviour appears to be condoned by the company as the response to my complaints were that they were sorry for the inconvenience caused but it was done in my best interests! I ended up not renting through them but I had many viewings recently in Surbiton/ Kingston and so many agents are arrogant and not professional while Anna ( I believe) was lovely and friendly with us.
I would however advice to be more honest with your ads, if the garden is "officially" shared/communal, I would put that in the ad to save yours and tenants' time, instead of giving that information later by commenting " the other flat never uses it anyway".

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Surbiton office for finding my next home. I was initially speaking to Mohammed who was extremely helpful with hearing my needs and very knowledgeable of the local area before passing me on to his colleague Hannah. I have to say having rented for a while now I was pleasantly surprised by Hannah's attitude and professionalism when dealing with myself and my search. She was extremely helpful and it never felt like a chore for her especially when it came to keeping me updated with properties and the process. I would like to say a big thank you to the team over in Surbiton office for their help and I will be sure to return when finding my next home!

Just came back from a 'viewing' of a property in Surbiton. Was supposed to meet an agent at 5:30 pm. 45 min later and noone turned up. Had a text to say that there is heavy traffic along the way and that the agent will be late and that was it. Walked away 45 min later as I was absolutely freezing and didn't have my car. Truly dissapointing experience.

We chose chancellors to sell our home as we were impressed with the honesty in the valuation they gave us. We then had Eleanor Jones as our main contact during the selling process and cannot praise her enough for her professional and honest attitude during the whole process. We were communicated to on every aspect and if Eleanor was unavailable she would ensure Jame's or George kept us up to date. We found all the staff we had contact with in chancellors East Oxford, were nothing but professional and courteous both with ourselves and the prospective buyers of our property. We would definitely recommend and use again if we ever needed to in the future.

I have recently rented a property through the East Oxford branch and I have to say, they were fantastic. From start to finish they were really professional and made the whole experience, which could have been stressful, very pleasant. I spoke with Helen Wood who listened to me from start to finish, which is something I value as my requirements were specific. She showed me a range of properties which were all suited to me and didn't stray from the requirements. The main thing that stood out for me was how responsive she was which I found hard to find with other agents. I have been in the property a while and touch wood, nothing has gone wrong yet but I know I can count on Chancellors to sort them out straight away.
