Not happy with letting side of business. I signed letting agreement and cancelled in 5 working days. Agency have not done any shows and asking me to pay full bill of 750£ for doing nothing for me. I found tenants myself and was not happy on such attitude towards me. Please don't ever sign any letting agreements with them, because they do sole agency and trying to have eclusivity for 12 weeks. And even work is not done try to bill you and harrass with this.... Read more

From start to finish I have had an extremely pleasant experience with securing my new apartment with special thanks to Matthew for being extremely professional whilst also so friendly and very prompt with everything. I was always kept informed and felt so comfortable throughout. Tayla was also very friendly and very professional whilst showing me around the apartment.
