We were in need of additional office space and rented a large serviced office through Orega at 5 Chancery Lane. The team enjoyed using the space. The offices and building is well maintained, kept very clean and has great facilities; and we were well looked after by the lovely customer service team during our time there. Thank you.

Great experience with Orega Chancery lane when you are supported by an amazing dedicate office manager team lead by Anna. They help you to book meeting rooms, tailor hospitality events and create an enjoyable work team spirit among the different companies on site with regular monthly events.
The building is brand new and the common area are always clean and tidy.

I am a virtual office user at the centre but also hold meetings at the Chancery Lane site. I have just renewed for another year and cannot thank the staff at the centre enough for all their help. Only yesterday, they helped me at the last minute to organise a meeting room with a number of clients. We may only be small company but we get treated so well from messages, post and general help. Nothing is too much for them! Thanks once again!

AVOID THIS OFFICE. I have been using their services for three years now, it was fine initially. However, in the past year, they have had new management and Anna and Nadia manage this place. AVOID if you can. They do not return messages nor emails, the service has declined significantly, the staff answering the phones is rude and discourteous. When a problem was brought to their attention regarding the answer service, I was told by Nadia that she would check into it, 10 days later, I am still waiting. Again, no courtesy to tell me whether it has been resolved. Instead, she said that virtual customers are not a priority. I wish I could blame the current COVID crisis as the reason for such bad service, but it has been this way for a few months.
