    Justin, Paul and Lana at Charles Eden were very helpful. We met them viewing a property and were impressed enough to ask them to value our flat. The valuation they gave was spot on and within a week they had arranged 3 viewings which led to 2 offers, one of whom was our purchaser. As usual the solicitors slowed everything down but the team at Charles Eden were great at chasing them when we couldn't to keep our sale and purchase moving. They handled both our sale and our purchase perfectly. A really personal human service, highly recommend

    Charles Eden were recommended to me when dealing with a probate property and a very good recommendation it has proved to be. Over an extended timescale, Paul Stone and his colleagues, Justin and Lana provided solid, professional and courteous guidance. If you want flashy ads unrealistic prices and pushy sales tactics then Charles Eden probably aren't for you. If you want local knowledge, sensible advice and individual treatment then they are.

    We have bought and sold twice through Charles Eden and we have to say that they are by far the best Agents we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few!!!). They keep you posted on every viewing, feedback and outcomes which is something other agents do not do and it is so frustrating. The staff (who have all been there for some time, which means every one of them know what's happening in your specific sale or buy) are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
