I have recently used Charles Eden for the sale of my house. I was impressed by the knowledge and honesty of the person who attended to value my property and the realistic value given. A smaller local firm Charles Eden is able to offer a personal service from a small group of bright, cheerful and polite staff, all of whom seem knowledgeable and skilled at their job. They communicated with me in a timely fashion on a regular basis and were prompt with advertising, "For sale" board etc. They follow up viewings with all potential buyers and keep tabs on the process of the sale. I obtained estimates from several other agents locally (most of whom are big national complanies), one of which was charging three times the commission. Their eager sales staff were big on promises and unreaslistic in their valuation. Charles Eden has a long history of providing a sterling service in Beckenham and its sorrounding areas and advertises across the country through websites and other agencies. I can recommend them highly

My flat in Beckenham was sold by Charles Eden. I could not fault Justin, Paul, Lana and the rest of the team for their professionalism. Justin took lovely photographs of my home and they were noticed by the TV team of Location Location Location on Channel 4. They came round and filmed my flat to use on their TV series along with two prospective buyers. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend Charles Eden for future sales. Carol
