As usual the solicitors slowed everything down but the team at Charles Eden were great at chasing them when we couldn't to keep our sale and purchase moving. If you want flashy ads unrealistic prices and pushy sales tactics then Charles Eden probably aren't for you. If you want local knowledge, sensible advice and individual treatment then they are.

We have bought and sold twice through Charles Eden and we have to say that they are by far the best Agents we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few!!!). They keep you posted on every viewing, feedback and outcomes which is something other agents do not do and it is so frustrating.
