Couldn’t be happier with the service received from Joe, Anna and Sharon in the sale of my Nan’s property. From start to finish the communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were quick to resolve any issues/queries that arose. These guys are the experts when it comes to the local market, so I expected a high level of service from them and they delivered in spades. To top it off, what a joy it was to work with them, thoroughly nice people who give sensible advice with a smile. Thanks guys - I highly recommend Chattertons to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Saw an ad for a flat for sale on Avon Street.. The ad contained no information about the service charge, nor about the ground rent, nor about the length of lease outstanding nor about the room sizes. In fact I have never seen an ad with so little information.......... ......... oh and they completely forgot to mention that the flat advertised for sale has a tenant.

Have worked in property sales for over 35 years and this is the worst service I have experienced. I Requested to view a property and gave a week's notice and two different dates. Said I could go any time. Was told they could not accommodate either day due to staff holiday!!
Pity the vendor who is getting no viewings on their property because they have no staff to accompany viewings!
Property is empty so client will just think there is no interest.

A really professional and helpful service. My 94 year old father was selling his bungalow so it was important that all viewings were acompanied, the team at Chattertons understood this and also went that bit further by becomming friends to him.

Chatterton's were my vendors estate agent and we're fantastic when not even working on our behalf! they were instrumental ant getting this moving especially when the solicitors couldn't pick telephones up in 2022! they were key at getting us moved into our first home and special thanks goes to Anna who was terrific throughout but also to the other Chatterton's staff who were always friendly, helpful and committed to whatever request was made, again they were not working on our behalf so had no client incentive, just great honest estate agents. highly recommended.

We used Chatterton's for the sale of our house. Right from the first moment we felt we were getting a personal service. They always delivered as promised in every stage. All the way from initial instruction through to completion they communicated brilliantly and understood how important it is to keep in contact even if there is no news. We were delighted with out photos and within 24 hours we had viewings booked They managed to get us an above price offer within a week of marketing our property, which was incredible. Even once we'd fone to solicitors, they kepts a steady communication between ourselves and our buyers and made the whole experience stress free. Thank you Joe, Dave and Anna for everything.

We chose Chatterton’s on the strength of their reviews and that they were local to us.
We were not disappointed from our first phone call to handing over our keys they were all excellent their support , help and patience were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them it didn’t matter what time or day we phoned they were always there with a reassurance that it was all going fine.
We had rather fussy buyers which was very frustrating but Joe , Sharon and Anna made the whole process go through smoothly.
We would recommend highly and thank them for all their care and support.
