I wouldn't trust this company to sell your property, rent out your property, or to buy a home from!
They steal money from contractors working for them, so why would they be trustworthy in other areas of business? Steer well clear!

Do not trust this company!!! they haven't paid my rent since November and the staff are liars. They have spent my rent as well as other landlords income on a brand new office and have no money left to pay the landlords. The way I have been treated is disgraceful. Keep away keep away keep away

We have received consistent and excellent help, advice and guidance from Andy during the purchase of our new property. He has gone above and beyond, even helping us with the finer details of our sale and we are so grateful for all of his help. Andy keeps in frequent contact by phone, keeping us informed every step of the way. He's been truly exceptional and we couldn't ask for more.

These people are amateurs. They weren't able to deal with the vendor, who simply did whatever wanted without caring at all about the basic conveyancing rules and laws. The purchase took months (despite an initial promise of a fast purchase) and they kept making up excuses, but as a matter of fact they weren't able to do what they are meant to do: deal with the vendor.
They are extremely pushy with the buyers, and don't deliver their promises.
Also, they pushed really had for their own solicitor (I guess they take commissions), who is completely untrustworthy, unable to work in a professional manner and quite often incompetent.
If you don't want months-long headache, stay away from them.

I bought my flat through Chebar Real Estates, my agent was Ibrahim.
He helped a lot making things smoother as the vendor wasn't the easiest person to deal with.
Ibrahim has been really professional and his experience helped all throughout this purchase.
Recommended.

After everything I had heard regarding estate agents, calling Chebar Real Estate was so not what I was expecting. The staff are friendly, as well as exceptionally professional, spoken to a language I understand. Finding a property couldn't be easier.
