Arranging viewing was quick and easy, and Mario was great showing us around the property. From here to getting the keys everything was straightforward and clear, and I particularly like the use of My Property File to manage everything. Much higher levels of service than other estate agents I'd been in contact with. Very clear who I was speaking to at all times and at what stage our negotiations were at.
