The Quadrant is a very welcome addition to Boston and it is just up the road from Kirton and the surrounding villages that previously had to travel a little further to get something from Costa, Starbucks, Greggs, and Papa John's. There is also a bigger and more modern restaurant (Jakemans) in the football stadium for those who prefer the more upmarket atmosphere and like a beer with their food. All we need now is a decent clothes shop!... Read more

Kamila at the quadrant was extremely helpful and supportive. She helped my partner and I with the purchase of out first home, keeping us informed every step of the way. We both knew we could always call Kamila if we had any queries, and she always had an answer for us. She is very knowledgeable, and I must admit we were very lucky to have Kamila help us with the purchase of our home, we'd be lost without her! Had a really good experience with the sales team from reservation up to completion. Kamila was particularly helpful when i did my kitchen, flooring and bathroom choices and i'm very happy with the way everything turned out. Once the development at The Quadrant had started, we were quite sure that we might find our home there. Our dream came true and we were not disappointed at all.
