They may be a very good agent for all I know; I'll not find out because the telephone manner of the woman I just spoke to put me off bothering with them. I think there's likely too many agents in Cardiff to get away with poor service, especially as a first impression.

As you may have noticed, my complaint to your service was not centred around your erroneous advert nor the fact that I wasted time going to a viewing for a house I can not live in. I would have accepted that happily enough as human error were I spoken to with a modicum more respect on the phone over a mistake that was made by you. Maybe take the critism and work on your customer service rather than challenging me over something that I hadn't even mentioned in my review.

ChrisJohn and Partners have been finding reliable tenants for my rental house since 2001, and the current tenant has been living there for around 5 years. ChrisJohn were also the agent that sold me the house. They are thorough, professional and knowledgeable, and qualified (RICS) Chartered Surveyors. In my opinion ChrisJohn put their customers before commissions, and take pride in being correct in all that they do.

I have used Chris John since 2002 to let two properties in Severn Grove in Pontcanna and have always found them to provide good advice and a fast, efficient and friendly service. I can't relate to any of the negative comments provided below which sound like nonsense.
