Absolutely useless agency , I have tried contacting this company on countless occasions in regards to a commercial unit available in Heston, 9 times out of 10 they don’t answer, they only answered the phone once I have tried to contact them at-least 10 times, the women on the phone said i would receive a call back from Chris two weeks have passed and I’ve not heard anything I have left countless voicemails and still no reply, there’s no point advertising a commercial property if you don’t plan to let it out as advertised.
Whoever owns this company needs a seriously reality check because he or she does not know how to run a business.
I was ready to move in instantly with my business and I wound have been happy to pay upfront deposits to secure the premise, just a heads up to other business owners or DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY ADVERTISED AND NOT FILL IT . ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

They helped us find a tenant for our client when no one else could. They’re reliable, trust worthy and attentive, and most of all very patient.

Be aware!
Prices made up on the spot it seems like.
Was sent an invoice for a substantiol amount of money, asked to get a breakdown, was told by christopher thomas that the company will charge a further £195+ vat per hour.
He proceeds to then say in order to make a breakdown it will take 1 h 30 mins.
Everything seemed strange!
Received a call today from christopher thomas 6 months down the line asking me to make a payment.
So i asked him for a breakdown to which he is not happy about l

Christopher Thomas and his team allowed a very smooth transition into our new offices. Always very prompt to respond and as we were on a tight schedule, to deal with all parties to meet our deadline. His incredible wealth of experience enabled a really simple process through survey and legals, negotiating and working on our behalf every stage of the way. Chris Thomas was recommended to me by a friend for the sale of a commercial property. The experience couldn't have been better. Chris quickly generated a list of potential buyers and advised the pros and cons of each. A final price was agreed and he kept the momentum of the sale progressing during an unprecedented time for us all with Covid and Brexit.????????

Christopher Thomas & team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, Chris is extremely knowledgable and answered any questions/ concerns we had with the property in question. This was our first lease and Chris explained the full process to us so we knew what to expect, We were very keen to sign the lease prior to Christmas, however were were having issues locating a solicitor to witness the singing with Christmas just around the corner and the effects covid has had, it was seemingly impossible! I told Chris of the issues we were facing and within an hour Chris came to the rescue and found us a solicitor who was willing to do it in time to complete on Christmas eve. He really and truly went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't be more thankful. He was a great negotiator between us and the landlord and nothing was to much trouble! Great communication from Chris! Would most certainly recommend! Once again thank you :-)

Christopher Thomas has a wealth of experience in this field, second to none in fact. We have signed a reasonably long lease and during Covid times as you can imagine this was no easy task. Christopher was extremely helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with such a efficient and nice company. Top marks on every level. He's still assisting us now, way past signing.

We've just completed a property let with Christopher Thomas and we would highly recommend him. Calls and emails were always returned promptly and dealt with in a very helpful, professional and friendly manner. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and even now the lease has been signed he is still helping us with issues. Would definitely have no hesitation in using him again.
