I am not one to write a bad review. I rather just avoid doing business with the company. However apart from Amy who I must acknowledge as an excellent sales person - the other staff are all very rude. We placed an offer which was accepted - we were then told to make another offer and join a bidding war after our ID and details were taken to secure our initial offer. Very disappointed with the service. Brightside there are other able agents on the same street!

Dear Churchills Team, just a little note to say a big thank you for all the help and support you gave me while selling my home. I have found it a very hard step to take after all these years (61) but your kindness and patience made things easier. It is part of my integrity to publish a review regarding this Agent and will be helpful for all the people looking for properties in the area.
I approached Churchills regarding a property in Bushey ( 232 Merry hill road ) which I agreed to wait couple of months before the sale could be completed and in the mean time I had the survey, searches and all paperworks done.
This agent is presenting to customer as the most helpful team, working as team and pretending to provide a good customer service.
but....... BE AWARE !!!!
After I had the survey done and (my mistake, I have been too genuine to pass this survey report to Colin) I had my solicitor sorting out all the paperwork, I have been chasing Colin and my solicitor has been chasing the vendor's solicitor over 6 months and over certain amount of money spent for everything.
Just when everything was almost ready to complete the exchange, I called Colin to chase once again the vendor when he told me that "unfortunately the vendor is putting the property again back on the market as he could achieve an higher price from the sale". ( The vendor is in the position to play and valuate the property using other people's money as he will not move out from the property)

I can reassure that I have been asking for 6 months to Colin if everything was in order as looked like the vendor's solicitor was wasting time but he confirmed few times that the vendor is chasing is solicitor as he was trying to sell the property as soon as possible.

As Churchills is presenting this agency with a good customer service and with a good reputation, would not accept to take the same property to be placed on the market, no empathy showed ( Colin was just saying: "you reaction is the same that I see when this is happening to other people" - probably this is a standard game done by Colin and the agancy).

Colin did this for the vendor (customer), which is very good agreement with the vendor but extremely unprofessional and therefore I would not recommend you to use this agency if you are planning to buy a property as they get very greedy and their main interest is only MONEY.
No one will compensate you the wast of TIME.

232 Merry hill road flat is now back on the market.... be careful !!

I also learned today that agents are not to be trusted.
