Honestly they have been fantastic, probably the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff. Thanks again Maddie and Shireen, you have both been amazing ????

Don’t bother renting through this agency. I suspect especially so if you are an ethnic minority. I submitted the highest offer for a flat, it was preliminary accepted and I signed a confirmation offer. The next day the agent decides to ask us to submit a profile of ourselves including “where we are from”. Within 3 hours we were rejected because “another offer had been matched” we tried to increase our offer but were not allowed to do so by the agency because “the landlord said it would be unfair” to start a bidding process. If initial offers are allowed to be matched, that is by definition a bidding process. To claim the moral high ground of not wanting to accept more money for the fear of a bidding process is dishonest. But even they have to sleep at night.
