I recently rented a property through Circa Residential Property Ltd and overall my experience was positive. The process was organised professionally and communication was clear throughout. The team responded promptly to queries and ensured that everything was in order before I moved in.
The property was as described and any initial concerns were addressed in a timely manner. While no rental experience is without minor issues, I appreciate their efforts to make the process smooth and easy.
Their professional assistance was prompt and efficient.
I would recommend ,especially Georgia, to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience in London.

Two men who attended my property were stoned and stinking of alcohol. Didn’t do a good job and left me and my children waiting for weeks inbetween complete my the job. Circa property is a disgrace. Recommend not renting if this company!

Rented a property with Circa for 2 years, by far our best rental experience. The team are friendly and professional, and always available when needed - Georgia and Sean managed our property. Any issues with the property (leaky taps, appliances etc.) were resolved quickly and done well. The tradesmen they use are polite and great at what they do.

0 star if possible! This Estate Agent did not do anything to protect my brother "TheTenant" who died suddenly leaving no will and the only beneficiary being his 90yr old Mother who is entitled to his deposit back,( he has signed protection agreement which Landlord illegally did not cover!)therefore no protection for the tenant!My brother's bank has confirmed that his mum is sole beneficiary in a letter which was sent to them ! They are now asking what proof she gave to the bank to show that she is his mother !!! Where is the Compassion????There is no probate needed on a small Estate ! Other Estate Agents would not behave this way !!!! Shame on you!!!!

They do not protect the tenants agreement,landlord did not protect the deposit despite a signed form given to tenant and agency have held onto deposit and will not release it to the tenants sole beneficiary his 90yr old Mother.
They have no Compassion , are dishonest and greedy. Advise strongly to keep clear.

I spent around 16 months living in a flat managed by Circa property. Compared to all the other letting manging companies I've been with Circa has been amazing and blows all my past experiences out of the water.
Georgia Bodinetz was the main contact for the duration of my stay and she always provided an excellent service. She was always very punctually, replied quickly to the e-mails and quickly sorted out any issue I had with the flat.
It was a great experience working with her and I will most likely struggle to find the same level of quality from any future property management companies.

I have been living in a property managed by Circa for about 3 years now. I am really happy with Sean, our property manager as he has been able to resolve a number of requests for us in a very professional and efficient manner. He has been able to manage change of tenants with ease, and also is very responsive to any requests or issues. A huge thank you to him! I also would like to make mention about Gavin (maintenance) as he has done some work here over the years and has always been so wonderful and thorough. He is credit to this company, as is Sean. I did have dealings also with the manager last year, and again, he was wonderfully helpful with my issue at the time.
I would recommend Circa to others, as they are a good team and take care of their tenants.

Absolutely shocking experience, I will never ever reccomend them to anyone. The customer service is atrocious. All they care about is money. After numerous attempts of trying to get through to the company to enquire about getting back a deposit I finally had a response from Trevor Titus. He has a very poor attitude, shouting down the phone, no professionalism what so ever, does not let you speak and just overall aggressive. Illegally refusing to give a deposit back when there are documents and bank transfers proving they were happy enough to take the money. Save yourself the hassle and do not go with them. It's ashame you have to give at least one star to even write a review in my opinion. Most stressful time of my life with this company! AVOID

We knew nothing about Circa Residential Property Agency until two months ago. But, we can recomand it after our experience now.
Sean Thomas, the sales and lettings manager, had provided a very good and professional service during the rent process from the first question to the hand over the house's keys.
He is serious and punctual, replying quickly to the e-mails and explaining to us everything where we needed extra information.
It was a great experience working with him, especially in this pandemic time.
Even after the we got the house, he is providing the same service which makes us happy.

We recently purchased our dream home through Circa and were provided with an extremely high level of service from Sean Thomas. From the moment I spoke to Sean to book in the viewing right up to the point he met us with our keys, I cannot fault Sean in any way whatsoever.
Sean kept the human and emotional touch there though out the transaction even assisting with issues with caused further down the chain just to reduce my stress levels. We were in a very long chain and I truly believe that without Sean's involvement and help I would not be sitting typing this review from my dream home. Sean, thank you for everything though out this purchase of ours and for all your help beyond completion too!

A terrible agency with atrocious customer service. Numerous dangerous issues in our flat that were never dealt with properly. Circa constantly blaming the 'landlord' for his reluctance to fix things. However a quick search on the land registry revealed that surprise surprise, Mr Trevor Titus (A company director of Circa) was the legal owner of the property. A total racket. Avoid at all costs.

We wiewed a propriety with circa and we sent an offer as the agent told us we were the first people viewing it and encouraged us to do so.
The day after, I enquired and they told me that an other agent let the flat to other people, already on references stage and they did not aware about it. Ridiculous. They said they were the only letting agency managing the propriety but with a little search online found it in another letting agency website for a higher cost. Not honest at all. We been lucky after that, found a propriety thanks to professional people.

Not impressed with service. I dealt with Sabriye who was rude, could tell she couldn’t be bothered. Does not hold herself well. I would not recommend! Had to go else where. Not happy at all.

Sean was excellent we rented for only six months as we were planning to buy our own house. Due to some delay in paper work I extended for couple more weeks as our tenancy agreement was coming to end Both Sean and Sabriye understood our situation and they were very helpful. I would recommend to my friends. Cheers guys

The worst property consultants that I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, unethical and unapologetic. I booked a viewing at 6 for a property in barking, got a call from the agent confirming the same. Reached the location at dot 6, give constant calls to the agent but no one picks. Left messages on AM but no return calls or even a simple email stating reasons for such behaviour. Won't recommend such horrendous service, basically time wasters to anyone. Please avoid them at any cost since agents like this will usually have similar properties.

Booked in a viewing for 17:30, asked for a number and was told the office would be open until 18:30. Went to the property as agreed and waited 15 minutes, nobody turned up, no one from the office picked up the call either. Nothing at all. Thanks for wasting my time. This is why I avoid small agents, no care at all. Cheers!
*update* got a call from a very rude lady 20 minutes after who asked me if I was still going to the viewing. Informed her I waited and nobody called me so I was on my way home... and they hung up the phone! Great customer service well done to you;)

I find your recent email not only insulting but it proves the fact that you are NOT a gentleman and goes to show that you are a total lunatic that was evicted by your landlord for your severe rent arrears and your abusive and offensive mad emails to her.

Both Sean and Sabriye have always been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I have had to contact them about any small maintenance or repair issues (which I'm happy to say has been a very infrequent occurrence). I would happily recommend Circa as a letting agent .

I have rented an appartment with Chestertons estate agency. Circa Property acts as landlord. Keep writing emails about the 10C bathroom and black mould growing and speading fast on the walls. Could not get a reply for 3 months and finally Mrs Sabriye Boldizsar came to view the issue in my appartment. I was away at that time. I was amazed to hear that they found no issue in my bathroom while half of the wall is covered in black mould. To add up, she left the heater on in the bathroom while i was away for 2 weeks without informing/asking me about it. I wrote another email and got no reply again. Not sure where to complain, Circa property has been really a pain. I am paying my monthly rent fee on time and all the bills and taxes but cannot get any assistance from the Circa. Not even a reply to my email. Very dissapointed.

A viewing was arranged for Saturday 10th August 2013 at 13:00.
Nobody from Circa arrived between 12:45 and 13:30. No call, no email.
Two calls to their office were not answered or returned. One email to Sean Thomas was not responded to.
Would not recommend.
