Avoid at any cost. They are fast to sign you in the property, but they are holding your deposit for unlimited time and not returning it to you (with a lot of different excuses). Now need to go to TDS to get my money back. They are breaching their own contract and they don't care about that at all !... Read more

They are very quick to get you into one of their manging properties but thats the catch. Rubbish building. The landmark pinnacle. Told me gym will be done by august. Its still not done. Water heating electricity wifi even lifts constantly under maintenace. Balcony window has issues so you have to learn the special trick to close it. Hot water and heating didnt work for 4 days during middle of winter during christmas time. They just told me its not their problem because buidling is under warranty. Other community usage like cinema still used as an office section of concierge as its not finished. All these issues was raised but basically they did nothing they didnt even try. End of tenancy notice of leave all messy. Contract is very contradictory and they play with words and basically say what they meant after instead of before. Could of just said it clearly from the beginning. Sent them emails but they only ever seem to have time to respond to one email per day. Literally a sinple matter could takes weeks to resolve as they take like 24hours to respond despite how fast you respond. They blame me because my email apprently went to junk email kinda funny isnt it how everytime it goes to junk email despite having emailed on many many occasions to many to even count. Basically if you are looking for an honest, well informed, well trained property agency. Dont go for JLL. Actually rubbish. The worst experience ever. Trust me they are excellent in getting you to sign thay contract and rush you in but unless you are a proffesional real estate or even a lawyer they make thing expotentially hard. Like they want to rocket science the contract and then expect you to know what they meant despite all their wording to have quite a lot of double meanings. My property manager even changed in the middle dont know what happened to her but she didnt even file the notice period even after i called her to tell her in which she promised to note this down as my official notice and just to send an email as of why which i did but they decided to file my notice on the day i sent the email and so they messed up my notice period and even sent me a wrong end of tenancy agreement. Ridiculous. They literally couldnt finf anything no notes nothing. They expect you to know everything Be careful. Just go for someone like knight frank, felicity j lord, foxton etc. Beware of JLL... Was a little apprehensive about estate agents after having a nightmare experience renting through one before (Foxtons - avoid) but JLL have been great. Recently we had a leak which we reported to Omar. He got it sorted really quick and the technician was really good. Very efficient all round... Read more

I was helped by Adam Garson with renting a place. Adam arranged several viewings in one day which saved loads of time. On top of that, he managed to get me moved in in just over a week. I cannot speak for quality of the property management team but if they are as professional as Adam, it's going to be fine.... Read more

After having no success for months on end I was so so glad I finally met mr greenland. He was the one guy who really goes the extra mile for you and above all is honest and trustworthy . Working in the nhs my hours are long and often erratic and Danny always tooke the trouble to help reschedule viewings arrange paperwork and find me some exceptional properties. During tenancy everything was fine but at the end they decided to charge us for coat hook that have already been drilled in when we moved in, removing. and replacing sofa and bed because it was in use for 10 years. On top of that charged us for REMOVING old bed and sofa from the property. Literally just trying to steal your whole deposit for whatever they want without providing proof not even trying to discuss with you any deduction instead straight up forcing you to either sue them for unlawful deposit deductions or rise dispute with TDS.... Liam Bartlett (JLL Canary Wharf) was the agent who assisted the sale of my property. Having been through this process a few times, I can honestly say it was an extremely smooth experience. Liam went above and beyond when it came to communication (which included being responsive late evenings and even whilst on holiday when not expected to). I felt Liam had my best interests at heart and always ensured things kept moving in the right direction. Coming from the hospitality industry, it takes a lot for service to be recognised and Liam’s approach certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Couldn’t recommend JLL enough. Not worthy of 1 star. JLL are managing agents for a property I have leased this year. The building is not fit for purpose and not as the property is advertised or as per the lease agreement. As a concerned tenant I have raised alarms with JLL to recieve what can only be described as a very poor responce and in some cases, no responce at all. No thought for me as a small business owner and the negative impact that the site issues are having on my business. I would warn anyone against getting into any agreement with a property where JLL are involved in the management of said property.... Read more
