Not perfect! There’s no perfect rent… good sides and bad sides of this place.
?Paid Carpark with private company (if you don’t pay they definitely put you to the court Nasitra Limited - I think they’re legal thieves!)
?Bootle - not as popular as the Liverpool side
?Sefton Council - arrogant money collector company ( they don’t do much about safety, comfort,etc)
?Cheaper than the rest of the city
?Good vibes, kinda ‘real people’ - not the fake posh
?Shopping Centres around, many businesses and brands by literally the doorstep of the Stella Nova
?Excellent public transport system (train, bus, taxi
?Stunning view from the top of the building (Stella Nova) or from your apartment if you have a sea view direction
?Good community in the building, lots of friendly people
?Housing office downstairs with openings hours daily - helpful staff!
?24/7 housing management and handymen to help if needed
Look at the photo and consider yourself - taken from a 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of the building (just wondering the view on higher floors!

As a landlord I would not recommend this company from previous experience. 2 properties not let for 7 months. Not responsive could not provide evidence of pro actively working to let. After removing my properties I let both in 6 weeks

We are constantly fobbed off with our boiler issue by them sending plumbers who claim they fix the problem but then it doesn't work. Don't waste your money living here.

The team at Clark and Davidson could not have been more helpful when I was looking to let one of the properties that they manage.
They made the whole process of moving in as easy as possible and were on hand when I had a small issue with the boiler in my property. Within a few hours of calling, a plumber called and rectified the issue quickly.
Would not hesitate in recommending them if you're looking to buy or let.

'luxury' 2 weeks before I moved in I viewed the property and there had been a boiler issue which I was told hax been resolved. Fast forward 2 weeks I move in to no hot water. I have now been living her for a further 2 weeks and have been told it will be another week before it gets sorted. Terrible experience don't waste your money here.
