Untimely responses to queries and falsely reporting AGM minutes, on going legal implications. Even basics such as confirming payments take more than two months if at all. In need of updating to modern practices and supporting customers with courtesy. Saying a visit to fix a problem at a property they manage is a "waste of time" is not professional, three-months later the problem is still not resolved nor has there been any follow up. I wouldn't recommend their services.
