A very professional, seamless experience from start to finish with this estate agent. The fees were reasonable, they kept us informed on a ‘need to know’ basis throughout the process and, as we are based overseas, kept a check on the property outside of the normal viewing appointments. I have tried to think of any negatives or areas of improvement but in all honesty I cannot think of any. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.... Read more

Firstly, everyone I dealt with at claves has been really kind people. In terms of clear communication they are great, they are prompt with getting the viewing bookings info. Over to you as soon as it’s booked in. Marcus at Claves was very friendly and always happy, he managed the viewings we had on our property and did a great job. We put our house up for sale just before Christmas which is the worst time but we did it so that in the new year it would be on peoples radars. So basically from January we had viewings and by February it had sold so I can’t thank claves enough.... Read more
