As soon as I saw the property I knew it would suit my requirements. My main point of contact at ClearMove was Carly who managed the tenancy contract process most efficiently supported by regular communications during that brief period. Two months into my tenancy and it feels like I have been here much longer, truly home from home. A great place to live, a great landlord and with ClearMove behind the scenes. First, they lost my guarantor's scanned contract, because, as an employee put it they, "delete e-mails, because they don't want to keep them longer than necessary." This was before I had received my keys, so I had to call my Father who lives in the United States and get him to resend his contract at 5 or 6am his time. I still have the e-mails that prove my Father sent before and they received it, just in case they try to dispute the fact that they were deleting pertinent information. When we originally went to view the house, they had a dishwasher installed. "Yay!", I thought, it's been forever since I have been able to use a dishwasher. When we moved in a month later, the dishwasher had been removed and a second sink had been installed to make room for the tumble dryer which had been perfectly fine in a downstairs room. We asked and they assured us that the dishwasher would come with the house (we weren't sure what things in the house were staying as a family was moving out). Guess not. At this moment in time, our Wi-Fi does not work properly in our rooms. When my door is closed, the wifi cuts in and out on my computer. Door open, it works better. This is for me. Others cannot access the Wifi while in their rooms, period. We voiced our concerns and an employee of Clearmove told us we can just use the Ethernet cords in our rooms. That is not Wifi, Clearmove. They completely dismissed the actual issue. Not to mention, my computer is the only device I own that connects via Ethernet. I suppose it's okay that my phone and tablet can't be connected to the internet. So far, ClearMove leaves a lot to be desired. ... Read more

When we needed a letting agent to find a tenant for us quickly and for a short term only, we had real difficulty finding one that offered Agreements for less than a 6 months term. Then we rang ClearMove and found out that they did exactly what we needed. They very quickly gave us all the information we needed, set up our details on RightMove and Zoopla within days and found a good well vetted Tenant who took occupation within a few short days of viewing the property. We have moved house 19 times in 35 years and dealt with many estate and lettings agents, ClearMove more than matched some of the larger brands and agency chains in professionalism, helpfulness and speed of achieving our goals for us. There was no aggressive sales pitches, just straight forward information sharing and advice. I would certainly recommend them to others for lettings and sales.... Read more

Russell and Anna at Clearmore have made our first experience of letting our home as pain free and easy as possible. We've never done this before, so have left it to them as the professionals and have no regrets whatsoever. They've kept in contact with us and updated us as necessary and found us tenants that moved in the day after we moved out! Clearmove has helped me to rent out my property for over a year now. I have not had any experience in renting out properties before and I found Clearmove made it very easy for me. They have provided me with a lot of professional advice. The team members are very friendly and personable, they are always happy to help. Their personal service sets them apart from other agents who are expensive and frustrating to deal with. Overall they provide a professional service which has taken all the hassle away from me. I've been a customer of ClearMove for a number of years now - they manage a property that I rent out locally. I have worked with other managing agents, both in the same area and in other towns and Russ and the team stand head and shoulders above the rest from my perspective. I think the main thing that makes them stand out from the rest is the personal touch and the just common sense approach to dealing with matters as they arise.
