The father and son partnership works well, on multiple occasions Scot found time to speak, check in and oversee a smooth process that was much appreciated. Recently moved into a property that is managed by click lettings and sales, personally I can’t fault them, the response times for emails are extremely fast, they’re very professional and do go the extra mile, even down to when we moved in, upon inspection from them the property wasn’t quite up to their expected standards so they had a cleaner in for a full clean to ensure it was right for us, Thankyou Scott & the team for your swift and professional services! Definitely recommend using them as a landlord or tenant!

I do not live in Birmingham and needed a reliable and professonal maintenance company to care for my properties in the Jewellery Quarter. Click Lettings and Sales provide exactly the service I am looking for. Correspondence is very professional and all issues and concerns have been dealt with quickly and with good care. This company also benefits from having an in-house maintenance and cleaning team, meaning maintanence and repairs are seen to very quickly. Key handover went very smoothly and the sales and lettings team found tenants in very good time.
