Awful experience, I paid 800 pounds deposit and and they deducted 450 pounds for cleaning pest control, they deducted money for bathroom lock which broken from their side.with there people while I was leaving there one week they removed all my bathtub and wash basin and kept in the main room and kitchen where I didn’t get any place to sit after fixing the stuff they did not clean the house properly as well and while leaving the place they charged 450 pounds terrible experience.... Terrible. Setting up a viewing was okay. But after that everything goes down hill. They don't give a flying monkeys - and will gladly ignore your calls and emails. I still have no idea where I am with the last viewing, no follow up call - nothing! Del boy and Ronnie are more reliable and professional than these clowns.... Read more

A frankly awful lettings agent. Anyone wishing to use these guys should steer well clear. They do not do anything to chase up deposits or manager the maintenance of your property and simply let tenants damage your property. They see unresponsive to emails and calls. Avoid at all costs.... I do remember very well when we landed in the UK back in 2017. We were new in Luton, without any family & friends and no one was here to help us, and we were struggling to find a house to rent. Fortunately, somebody at Bury Park market told us to contact “Click That Property” and then you hold our hand and help us with a property within my budget within 2 working days. During these two years you help us every time and treat as a friend, not a tenant and we never had any issue. As a landlord I was appalled by the lack of communication. Only did 2 viewings, failed to advertise on rightmove and didn't ever call me back. Would not recommend for lettings at all. Found tenant myself at no cost.... Read more
