My partner and I Rented a property for two years through Clifftons and had a very positive experience. If we ever had any issues they were very prompt to respond and Jason in particular was very helpful. We left due to the property being sold, and despite Clifftons helping us to find a similar property with them, we ended up finding somewhere else. Despite leaving them the check out process went very smoothly and without issue. Would highly recommend them for anyone considering renting in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Bad Service from lettings team, arranged a viewing (received a confirmation email and everything for which we asked several times) but nobody showed up. When calling them after 10 mins of waiting at the property, they told us they forgot about us. They promised to be there in less than 10 mins. After another 20 mins of waiting another agent called us saying that they have someone interested now who'll sign the contract so we can stop waiting.
Also the price of the property was raised after insured over the phone that it'd stay the same. Seems unreliable to me.

I have used Clifftons Bournemouth from the time it opened. If you have a problem speak to JAMES the owner he will listen and HELP. Hannah the Property manager will answer your emails etc. promptly, nothing 100% but some try others let it go. Greetings Peter B-B.

So far so good. We were very interested in a specific property and Paul was keeping us on track and finally we could rent it. Jason helped us with some measurements we needed and Wendy with the paper work. We felt the treatment was very personal. Thanks a lot for your help guys!!
