No inventory which makes the contract redundant. Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.

We rented a flat with cloud let for a year and they were very professional and always happy to help. A special thank you to James who dealt with any issue we had very quickly and efficiently. They made renting very easy and stress free from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Discrase of a company. Full of false promises!
Went in today to put down a deposit to be told it has Been promised to other people after already being told we could have it. Small company ran by sheepish men who don't know anything about the property's they are letting!! WOULD NEVER RECOMEND !!

Fantastic estate agency. James and Jordan were professional and helpful in letting our flat and for that reason we were happy for them to continue in managing our property. I couldn't recommend them more highly and Cloud Let are a welcome change from the poor service that you can find easily on the high streets!

Though staff are generally pleasant, facilities that needed fixing (broken toilet, shower with no sealant that was causing ceiling damage below, blocked pipes from previous tenants, broken heating, sparking plugs/appliances) were left, in many cases for upwards of 5 months, without repair. Cloudlet were 'unable' to take action on problem tenants. Cloudlet staff enter properties regularly without legally required 24 hours notice. Laborers hired by Cloudlet enter the property, and tenant rooms, without legally required 24 hours notice. (In one instance a housemate was caught in a state of undress by one that didn't knock.) Cloudlet did not provide an inventory, which resulted in damage to tenant property by hired laborers, rendering items unusable. 5 out of 6 mattresses in our shared house were damaged (dark staining, worn out springs).
Though this company may be good for those seeking to rent their property and seeking to only deal with core staff, tenants should proceed with caution when renting from Cloudlet, particularly in shared housing.

Superb service and company. James and Jordan have been managing my tenanted property for over 3 years now and I have been nothing but impressed with the professional service they continue to provide.
Excellent communications via email and I am kept up to date with the condition of the property following regular inspections. Service certainly goes above and beyond the usual managing agent. Would recommend to anyone.
