From the day we saw our property advertised and contacted the team, we were greeted with brilliant, professional and very friendly responses. Our viewing was more like meeting a friend for a chat and all our questions were answered in full, leaving no worries. After getting notice of our landlord wanting to sell we had to find another place to call home. We found a lovely flat that was advertised via CM Rent and Sales. Duing this extremely stressful time Emily and Sophie at cm rent & sales made this experience as stress free as possible and helped put our minds at rest. They we're quick to respond to any questions and kept in contact throughout the transaction. Very friendly and helpful service. Day of move was fantastic, was given a full hand over and was given a nice welcome pack containing some goodies from cm rent lovely little touch, even had a couple of follow up calls to see how we are. I was looking for somewhere to rent as our landlord was selling the flat we were living in. We were very stressed during these worrying times. However both Emily and Sophie reassured us and helped every step of the way to ensure our new rental went as smoothly as possible they answered all our concerns and queries they were ao helpful and responsive and we immediately felt like we were being taken care of. On the day we received our new keys they done a full handover and we had a welcome pack given to us what a nice touch it made us feel very valued. Myself and partner have recently begun renting a property and we can honestly say that CM rent have been amazing from start to finish. We have received a high quality service throughout, Sophie in particular has been extremely accommodating and informative which has made the process that much smoother! In addition to this, when we moved in to our new home we were welcomed by a lovely suprise welcome box which was a generous and special touch. Last year proved difficult with a very awkward tenant who refused to communicate, failed to pay rent, was responsible for a lot of damage and so on... Helen and the girls at CM Rent were so helpful to me, constantly trying to communicate with the tenant and always keeping me updated with any information and generally holding my hand throughout the whole ordeal. At the time I was very unsure of how things would pan out, I had never been in such a situation and didn't know what to expect, it was a constant worry but Helen was fantastic at assuring me that I was in good hands and and that she would keep trying to make contact and somehow resolve the situation. The tenant eventually moved out, having not paid their rent, unbeknown to myself or Helen, leaving a bunch of keys on the floor at the office in Chelmsford. This was a blessing but also a concern as I had no idea if the flat was secure. In her own time Helen passed by the premises and checked for me, looking through the windows and making the door was securely shut. This kind of behaviour helped me sleep at night, knowing that , although I live no where near the property, I had someone local looking out for me. I can't tell you haw much it helped, I slept so much better at that time. I cannot thank Helen and Sophie and the ladies at CM Chelmsford enough. I would always be so happy to recommend them....
