I Contacted Simon Theaker after being highly reccomended by a friend. From day one Simon went above and beyond. Available out of office hours and weekends. Not only did he do an exceptional job in finding us many viewings, we also had two potentional buyers within weeks of each other. The sale was not a straight forward one. We had a particularly difficult sale, but Simon Theaker managed each stage and was paramount in keeping the chain intact. When there were weak links in the chain he went above and beyond to pass on relevant information between lesser competent estate agents. I was so pleased I didn't use an online company, the personal service I received made the stressful experience much more manageable. When the time comes, I will most certainly use Coakley and Theatre again. I cannot rate them highly enough.... Read more

Selling a property is relatively straight forward having the knowledge of the more complx things is not so easily acquired without experience. I had three estate agents view my property of which Simon Theaker was one. After speaking to all it became apparent that from the questions Simon asked that he was not just simply touting for business and really wanted to get it done right. From the start Simon was very professional, polite and thorough in his approach to finding a good suitable buyer. Even though for my sale there were plenty of obstacles for him to get his teeth into and deal with before completion he got the sale through and on time by his years of experience and dogged determination. He always kept me "in the loop" as they say as regard the state of the sale. He was more than capable in applying just the correct amout of incentive and tact to over come the myriad of annoying difficulties thrown up on such a gruelling sale as mine. I was very impressed with his attitude and due diligence in "getting the job done." Simon seemed to be on the go at all hours of the day whether it was writing emails or telephoning and had boundless energy. Even if Simon were to say damage his arm he could still operate at 100% and run rings around other estate agents .... Read more
