Anonymous Landlord
As landlords we paid Co Apt £1,200. We asked for a group of 4 students, they upset our current students by turning up unannounced and without consulting us they got 3 students and 1 professional. We had to chase them at every stage for over a month and we personally turned away 4 groups of students who were interested in our house. Eventually I found out after pressing Co Apt that the ‘professional’ was in fact unemployed. By that time any student groups looking for housing had found somewhere. We feel completely let down by this unprofessional and incompetent letting agency.
