Following the passing of my late mother in-law in Ayrshire in Scotland and, with my wife and I living in England, I needed to know of a reputable estate agent in the area who I could work with in selling my late mother in-laws house. Visited Coast to enquire about a home valuation and advice on selling. Staff couldn't be any more helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. No hard sell, valuation carried out swiftly and correspondence/feedback was swift. I'm not selling right now but when I do I dint think I'll look past Coast.... Read more

We just purchased a property in Beith and coast where the agents we dealt with from the initial enquiry then the viewing we then made an offer which was dealt with within an hour and our offer was accepted, we then had about 4 or 5 calls from then during the due diligence process and never once did we feel that they were only interested in the seller but where also interested in our (the buyer ) concerns , we have just taken possession of the property and the 1st letter we had was a hand written letter to our name at our new address and we both said who knows we now live here ???? To our surprise it was from Coast estate agents and enclosed was a welcome to your new home card. Normally this would not be a huge thing but the mere fact it was our first card (hand written and not computer generated) it sums it up that Coast is not your normal Estate Agents , they are genuinely interested in the buyer and the seller , we wish your company all the very best for the future and hopefully you guys don't loose the personal touch which made me write this review ....Mr, Mrs Grant...
