Had an appointment to view. Had to travel back from work 300 miles only to receive an email an hour before the viewing to let me know it was cancelled because they found someone. No phone call to explain no mention of other interested parties at the front end and never once spoke on the phone. Totally unprofessional ????

Be fair these guys explained everything before the holding deposit I was advised by what the outcome was so knew the risk before hand and there applications are straightforward. The canopy rent passport was good too it's a service that I recommend having. Also the online service with bieng able to see rent payments. Downside was on my own part with my current estate agent withholding money which is now sorted out. But be fair I would recommend simply estates for at least trying to help.

I’m looking to relocate from London, they didn’t even give me a chance only because according to them I should apparently travel London - North Wales every day for viewing. Don’t waste your time with them.

Avoid if you can.
Not helpful.
Hiding relevant information from the landlord.
I don't trust them.

Be careful. Use another estate agent. This one will lead you up the garden path and you won't get the property. I would never use or recommend them.this estate agent. Try one of the others instead.
