Superb!! We have recently rented a property with Cobblestone Estates and have been dealing with Lisa from start to finish, she has been exceptional, proactive and attentive through the whole process, from the referencing to collecting the keys. Nothing has been too much trouble, even with all the questions we had she has remained professional and quick with a response.
On another note, we reported a minor maintenance issue and within hours our request was acknowledged and someone had been round to attend.
Im looking forward to dealing with a company with such high customer service level, where nothing seems to be too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Cobblestone Estates, but especially Lisa!

Serkan is a true professional. From the initial meeting through to the exchange of contracts Serkan has kept us in the loop, informed us of any changes and…. He sold our previously unsaleable house within 2 hours! There was obviously a lot of work and preparation that went into the days and weeks leading up to those two hours, but it worked! We were impressed with how proactive Serkan has been. Certainly a safe pair of hands.

Exceptional service from start (arranging photography and EPC) to finish (making sure we have done things like reading the meters etc). Our house sale was made stress free by Serkan and the whole team at Mersham le Hatch.
Excellent communication; they have kept us informed all the way, including checking that we, and the purchaser, have done the paperwork, and chasing the solicitors. All accompanied viewings, and the most professional but friendly service. Would heartily recommend Cobblestone.

Serkan and his team worked incredibly hard, and could have sold our house many times over within a week of listing. The process was clear throughout and they are quick to answer any questions or general anxieties, as we all know house selling can be stressful. I’d definitely use them again in future, if they hadn’t helped us make sure we got our dream house already!
