Never use this agency. I’ve been living with a leak for 4 years which has never been fixed even thought I’ve been bombarding them with emails and calls non stop. Yesterday they decided to go into my apartment when I explicitly said no when they asked for my permission. They decided to cut a whole in my ceiling and that’s what I have to live with now. During that time they ruined my expensive jacket and broke my robot vacuum. No one wants to take responsibility or reimburse me. Nor have I been provided with an alternative living arrangement because the flat is borderline uninhabitable. They are fully breaching the contract clauses so never believe a thing that is stated in your contract. They will just ignore them and do whatever pleases them. Would give 0 stars if I could. I was searching to rent a flat In London through Internet while I’m oversees unable to be at site due to Covid. I was lucky to fell on CBRE, which is very rich site with big number of flats at all levels and prices.
