Rang up to view a property on Wednesday, no answer so sent an email instead. No response so rang up again on Thursday and was able to book a viewing for the following Monday as I was away for the weekend.
Stood outside waiting for 15 minutes before ringing up to find out where they were. Was told that they had already let the property and had neglected to let me know.
Shan't be using them again.
