When any problems occur he sorts things out very quickly and always gives you good advice .

I’ve dealt with a lot of managing agents in London and Colin is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Tenancy sign up paperwork was all in order and deposit correctly protected on time (which is a rarity) and everything good to go on move-in day. Colin was proactive in dealing with the Tenant Fees Act changes which came in when renewing the tenancy and very fast in actioning repairs. I’ve already recommended Colin to a friend who was looking for a flat in the area.

Just ended my tenancy managed by Colin Sclare. A few words of advice for the tenants. Make sure you take pictures of the whole flat when you start. They will give you a list of cleaning requirements at the end of your tenancy and NOT at the beginning which technically should be included in the contract (but it's not). At the beginning, my flat was tidy but not entirely clean: backs of the oven, fridge, washing machine had accumulated dust, grease and other bits, the only kitchen drawer was dirty and unhygienic, cupboards under the sink was dusty, the upholstery of the chairs were stained and discoloured. Make them clean those because they will have no qualms charging you for "industrial cleaning" after you leave and before you get your deposit back. Anyway, this rant is simply about money, £240 worth my 3 shifts in the hospital as a nurse. I will dispute this, but I'm sad that I have to. Maybe it's the same with all letting agencies. I wanted to give just one star in anger, but 3 stars is fair with this fair warning. Oh... and the washing machine wasn't working when I started. I had to walk to the laundrette twice a week for about a month waiting for the engineer to fix it. You'd think they'd make sure everything was working fine. Another learning opportunity about #LondonLife.

We highly recommend Colin. We were in a rush and he arranged a visit on a Saturday and by Friday we had the keys of our new flat. He was very committed to us, following very close all the process, pushing others to have everything ready in such a short time. He is managing the property and he is so efficient. He is really helpful. You feel you are in good hands.

Colin is very helpful, kind and extremely professional. He has to make sure everything in writing, all documents must submit to his office, or email, or whatsapp.pictures. He checked everything so details, otherwise he won't provide a contract. He even delivered the contract to me at the door. Working so hard, even on Saturday evening, or Sunday.. I have used many agents before, but no one can compare with him. Simply Colin Sclare is the BEST. Strongly recommend him to any one regarding letting .

As students we found looking for properties difficult however we ended up finding our property with Colin, and since the start till the end he has been nothing but a wonder. Colin Sclare was an excellent letting agent throughout the two years we were with him. Always fast to respond to any questions we had, knowledgeable, organised, and he made the process of renting a flat straightfoward. This have got to be the best agency with the best agent. I have had the very best experience for the entire one year and eight months. Colin and his team goes above and beyond for us. Words really can't explain the kindness and professionalism of Colin. I honestly would not change from Colin sclare if he was in the area I move to. No other agency can compare, and I am not exaggerating.
