Hamza at Collins Sarwar Estates managed my property for almost two years and most recently dealt with its sale.
He did a great job in managing the tenants, carrying out inspections and arranging for maintenance. He always kept me updated on the condition of my property.
Hamza was also instructed to sell my property. Again, he was a true professional - finding me a buyer very quickly and negotiating the sale price - striking the right balance between protecting his client's interests whilst ensuring a deal could be done. He made sure the sales process was smooth and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Hamza was always polite, quick to respond to my emails and phone calls.
I would definitely recommend Hamza and Collins Sarwar Estates to anyone looking to sell or rent out their home.

As you know, we initially saw three agents, including yourselves, but as soon as we first saw you and heard about your approach to selling we all agreed that you would be hard to beat! Hamza valued my property earlier this year and from the valuation Collins Sarwar stood out with the package and marketing they offered. My house was under offer in 2 weeks and we have just completed on the sale. There was a small hiccup along the way (solicitors fault) and Hamza ensured he chased up all parties to get things back on track in a timely manner.
Fantastic service which stood out from the crowd.
