He did a great job in managing the tenants, carrying out inspections and arranging for maintenance. He always kept me updated on the condition of my property. Hamza was also instructed to sell my property. Again, he was a true professional - finding me a buyer very quickly and negotiating the sale price - striking the right balance between protecting his client's interests whilst ensuring a deal could be done. He made sure the sales process was smooth and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Hamza was always polite, quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. Their fully managed service included boiler breakdow cover, emergency plumbing cover, free annual boiler service as well as free gas safety certificate and unlimited call outs with parts and labour as well as many more items included in the fee.
