Mark went above and beyond to help me find a retirement flat for my elderly mother.
Despite him not having suitable properties on his books, he took time to carry out research, and found me several properties (one of which I subsequently purchased) and he also gave me suggestions for a solicitor and surveyor to use for the transaction.

The compass team was so helpful and attentive with my rental property. They attended the first meeting soon after our chat on the phone, we went round the property where they pointed out the benefits and also the issues needing attention. Throughout the refurbishment (which was planned by me in advanced), Ann Marie was at the property when I couldn't be there and helped in every possible way. I even had offers from potential tenants before the refurb was finished. On the day it was completed the new tenants got in. Thanks Ann Marie and Mark!

The best agent in the area by a country mile!
Mark and Ann-Marie are so good at their jobs and the most friendly agents around.
They have been so helpful assisting me with my first buy to let but also now managing the entire tenancy. Tenants were found in 5 days and I cannot express how happy I am with them. 5 months in and no issues whatsoever.

Their response was quick especially at the beginning of the process. We bought a house through Mark. Looking back, I would be more cautious in trusting agents.

Prices and offers are negotiable until agreements signed. I preserved the right to practice this especially when there was financial uncertainty during covid.
