Excellent service so far, can't be faulted! I viewed a property through Connells before putting my property on the market and wanted it so needed to act quickly. Isaac Sarbatta, Manager at Connells, quickly did my valuation and a week later the photos were done and the property on the market. Within 24 hours I had 2 viewings arranged and accepted an offer the following day, enabling my offer to be put forward for the property I wanted, which has now been accepted. I couldn't have asked for faster, more responsive and professional service. Isaac was in touch regularly and responded to all my queries. I would recommend using his service. Excellent Service and very proactive. I am currently a first time buyer and didn't really know what to do as a circumstance. Connells (especially Aidan and Isaac) have been fantastic in educating me of the process and how everything works. In addition, both individuals have been very proactive in regards to chasing the seller and solicitors to ensure a quick smooth transition. I would thoroughly recommend this estate agents to anyone who is a first time buyer and in the same position as me.

I can't praise her enough Victoria Newcomb was so helpful and accommodating. Leicester's complete lock-down was quite difficult time for me I was in the process of changing tenants but couldn't come out of Leicester. Victoria handled everything departure of old tenants, sourcing new tenants, contracts, inventory, certificates, swift transition of energy provider...... the lot She even got me a better rental.

We went and met with Jess regarding getting a mortgage following a friends recommendation. We were apprehensive as my husband is self employed and we have previously had issues with another mortgage adviser. JESS IS AND WAS AMAZING. From the moment we met Jess we knew she would be the best person for the job. Jess is kind, patient, understanding and so so helpful and knowledgeable. She instantly put us at ease and explained everything so clearly, answering our million questions and emails and explained anything we didn't understand. Getting a mortgage in principle and then going through with the mortgage process during the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown was stressful but if it wasn't for Jess we wouldn't be sat in our new home writing this review. We will always be so very grateful to Jess and the Connells team for supporting us through the whole process and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We have already recommended Jess to our friends thinking of getting a mortgage and re-mortgage because we know how brilliant she is. Thank you so very much for everything you have done for us Jess.
