I have just moved back to England after 31 years in France and do not know the area at all and also have no form of transport. James happily picked me up from the train station and helped me view a few houses in Poole whilst explaining the areas to me and getting up a map on his telephone so i knew exactly where i was. He made me feel very comfortable from the start and even though i am sure he is a very busy young man he made me feel like i was the only customer he had and after the viewings were finished he dropped me back home. A lovely young man and i will be recommending connells to everyone i meet from now on.

Poor service, booked to see a property but they double book with other buyers, makes it an awkward enviroment. Also the estate agent didnt have the keys to get in.... a wasted afternoon booked off of work . Very badly organised and certainly wouldn't use them to sell my property.

I’ve recently started renting a property through Connells. Throughout the process, their Lettings department had great communication with me by phone and email, ensuring I was updated with any and all developments which enabled me to move into the property 2 weeks from the initial viewing. They have answered many (some silly) questions that I have had both promptly and with politeness. They have continued their excellent service now I am in the property. Would thoroughly recommend Connells (both Jana and Chelsea are super starts). Thank you so much ladies.

Fantastic service from the get-go and we regret not chosing Connells in the first instance. We originally used another estate agency in the area who had promised so much, but failed to deliver. However, after several weeks of disappointment we invited Connells to sell our home. Damian reassured us with the right marketing etc...he could get us the right buyers through our front door. The team didn’t let us down and we have been impressed with their work ethic even with the after sales care.

Faultless passion and commitment to sell our property within the timeframe we set. Great property details/photos, a good number of viewings all of which were accompanied, we received feedback 100% of the time and had several offers. Not quite full asking price, but we were very happy with the agreed sale price. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we met our estate agent Paul from gillingham Connells we forgot about all the other estate agents we had met, we knew we would be buying a house through Paul as he is genuinely a really nice guy, nothing was too much trouble, he was always there to answer any questions, from viewing houses to buying our house Paul was brilliant.
