As a first time buyer and on my own, I have been very nervous but Mary put my mind at ease each and ever time. I have never experience such amazing customer care before. Mary was informative, and very accommodating to speak to me at short notice regardless of her work load. I felt like a special customer throughout the process. It is so reassuring to know that I could call at any moment and get the help I needed. On one particular day, the girls fitted me to help me go through some forms on the same day at short notice and I really appreciated that. Buying a house can be a wearisome process but the Connells team made it a breeze. For starters, when you call, they pick up the phone, when you email, they respond quickly. It may sound trivial but this was the case particularly throughout the Covid Crisis - which was incredibly helpful at a time where many other EAs were unable to respond promptly. Shellie-May is an outstanding mortgage advisor - so if you are looking to get a mortgage just make sure she's leading the case and you'll be fine.

Although Connells didn't end up selling my property i am happy to still give them 5 star rating as it wasn't for the want of trying. Mary Bugg at the Chelmsford office really went out of her way to try and get us a buyer and was professional throughout the whole period. I would recommend Connells estate agents.

Although I didn't purchase through Connells Chelmsford i dealt with their mortgage adviser Shellie-May. Literally the best experience I could have wished for. As a first time buyer purchasing by myself i struggled to understand a lot of things but nothing was too much for Shellie-May. Sharp and quick to respond, extremely friendly and was quite honestly my saving grace through out this experience. Helped me with issues that were even outside of her job roll! If it wasn't for her I would have hated the experience so thank you so much Shellie-May! Will never deal with anyone else! xx

Vix and Chelsea were very friendly and efficient. They completed all of the paperwork in a short space of time, which we were grateful for as we were looking to move in asap. As we were a house of 4 strangers, Chelsea also arranged for a socially distanced way for us to all meet before our moving in date. The agency was very responsible with the house viewings in light of COVID. Vix was also very patient and helpful with all of my questions, and responded to my emails/calls quickly which was very much appreciated. Overall I cant fault the service one bit.
