The best estate agents I have used, I would personally like to mention Joe Riley who works for the Hinckley branch, he has been nothing but helpful throughout the experience in finding a new home for myself, good communication and fast response time to me every time I have a question or raise an issue with anything. Connells Hinckley were recommended to us highly by a neighbour.
Gavin came to see us to give us a property appraisal, he arrived at the agreed time.

very poor when it comes to letting management. takes several weeks from reporting issues to getting someone round, then even longer to getting it fixed (if you're lucky). Sometimes it is a case of reporting something, then they get back to you (eventually) with a phone number, and its up to you to ring the handyman or whoever

It's not the easiest time to be purchasing a property literally throughout the COVID lockdown, but the team and Connells were amazing and consistently professional. They kept me up-to-date throughout the whole elongated process and were very responsive - resulting in a successful completion post lockdown. I have used Connells Estate Agents for letting my property back in August. I have choose them among 2 other estate agents as they seemed to have very individual approach.
