Initial service they seemed committed and confident to sell the property . We paid extra for the premium package which turned out to be a pointless waste of money! As time went on they became disinterested in trying to sell especially after a sale fell through and it appeared we were more of a burden to them with lack of communication including failing to tell us when viewings were booked. Even after the sale fell through the sold sign was put up and mislead potential buyers! As the property appeared to be sold! Overall disappointing service

Moving house is daunting but the enthusiasm and knowledge that the whole team at the Bicester branch have makes the whole process so much better! They were incrediblely good at keeping us in the loop with viewings and feedback, answering questions and allaying our worries and stresses. Within 7 weeks of going on the market the team managed to get us that golden viewing which has allowed us to snap up the property we'd had our eyes on since we went on the market.
