Great team, really helpfull with our First Home to bay. Situation was really difficult but we manage to get property what we are do happy and is all readt one year in our lovely home. They left us without heating or hot water in January (-7C) for more than 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service, total lack of concern for our wellbeing. Disgraceful.

Although we have decided to not go ahead with selling our house after being on the market for a few months, we can not fault the service we have had. The communication was excellent with weekly phone calls about progress and emails with rightmove data. Liam especially worked tirelessly on our behalf and I would definitely use this agent in the future.

Quite simply without Danielle's persistence and knowhow, I would not have been in a position to complete my recent property purchase. During a rocky time with the markets, and numerous other obstacles thrown at us whilst seeking a mortgage offer (and then even after that!), Danielle worked her socks off to get me the best mortgage deal possible, work her magic with the lenders and reassure me along the way. Would highly recommend, not just for getting a good mortgage deal at a great rate which worked for me, but also for the incredibly personable service along the way!

Fast, reliable and friendly - Connells have been great all round.
A special shout out to their Senior Mortgage Consultant Danielle Tortosa. If it wasn't for Danielle being so approachable and having a genuine interest on what a family home looked like for us I don't believe we would have managed to secure the property we did. She went above and beyond her role in my opinion, not only was she constantly checking mortgage rates and ended up saving us hundreds on the monthly repayments but, when it came to crunch time she also chased our buyers, chased solicitors, made sure people were working to our timeline etc because she understood the importance of what we needed.
The sales team are also fantastic, Bea is brilliant to work with and is great at keeping you up to date.
I will use Connells again for sure and Danielle is someone I will certainly return to for Mortgage renewals & advice.

Kevin, when things were getting difficult, sorted everything out and did loads of chasing. We really felt like you had our back through the process and made sure everything possible was being done!
Last but by no means least is Danielle. If you want a mortgage go to Danielle. We honestly wouldn’t have our home if it wasn’t for her. She is just incredible! We owe so much to her, she guided us through the process and made it all possible! Thank you so much ????
