Recently used Michael Cole as our mortgage advisor for purchasing new home. Our situation was slightly unusual but Michael's knowledge and the advice he gave us were both excellent and ensured we applied for (and obtained) the right mortage for our situation. He was also very helpful with our questions - not just about mortgages but other house related topics such as NHBC, queries about survey wording etc. We highly recommend him.

I have used Connells Estate Agents many times and yet again the recent experience with selling my late parents-in-laws property was very professional. Craig P was extremely sensitive with dealing with the family from day 1 and kept us up to date during the sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Having been looking for a typical garden city property for months, one was advertised with Connells that had the potential to be our dream home. I called on three occasions, however Connells were extremely poor at returning calls and organising viewings despite us giving them several times and dates. The only response I got regarding the property was after 48 hours. Instead, they seemed more focused on pushing other properties that we were not interested in than about the property we were genuinely interested in (which has now sold). Will not be returning.

I had a bumpy start to my buying process, having to pull out of an initial purchase of a property through connells. I'd already started the mortgage process with Michael and although I ended up purchasing a property through an alternative estate agents, it was very straightforward arranging the Mortgage with Michael. I cannot thank him enough for his honesty, clarity and help throughout the whole buying process. He was always happy to answer any questions I had or explain anything (to do with the whole buying process and not just the mortgage), as a first time buyer it can be very daunting doing it all on your own but Michael made it that much easier and less scary. Although I didn't purchase a property through connells, the staff at connells letchworth were always very nice and helpful when I have spoken with them. 100% recommended arranging a mortgage with Michael.
