Slightly concerned at the lack of communication with us since we put our house on the market. No proper feedback on viewings and when requested a price decrease on line it wasn’t actioned on the first request then actioned on the second but got the price wrong. Not a great start

Chloe is the best mortgage advisor ever and one stop service for all other things during a house purchase like insurance, conveyancing etc. She is very helpful, friendly and kind. She was with us in every step of purchase even if it was not related to mortgage. We sincerely believe that we have been very lucky to find her and Connells. We had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind & caring estate agent until Chelsea showed us around our dream home!
We were not seen as a number or pound sign but people looking for a family home, and Chelsea was patient, helpful, honest and listened to our needs.
Chelsea has been outstanding from start to completion and her communication has been second to none throughout.

Emma, the mortgage advisor at Connells, is a breath of fresh air. Not only does she take the strain of purchasing a property, she uses plain English and is very informative whilst finding me the best deal.
She is currently helping with my mortgage application and mortgage protection products.
Great service from a great lady.
Won't use anyone else.

Connells Estate Agents in Romsey, or more specifially, Claire, was the saving grace of 2022. My home had been on the market for over eight months when it was taken on by Connells. By that time i'd become fraught with anxiety and stress. Claire not only assisted me as an agent - successfully selling my home - but calmed me down, on a human level. Her genuine care is a credit to the Romsey branch. Well done.

I cannot recommend the Connells Romsey team enough. I recently purchased a property through them and they’ve assisted every step of the way. Ryan has been a great help when we ran into some issues with our solicitors.

Thus far I have only used Connells, Romsey to come and value my property. However I was pleasantly surprised and MOST impressed with the service that they appear to offer, which in part appeared a little different to the norm! John's suggestion of taking a photo of our conservatory and garden at night to pop into the glossy brochure seemed such a great idea. So obvious really when you consider viewings are normally done during the daytime! John was indeed both knowledgable and friendly. It was very re-assuring to discover that any potential buyers would be financially checked first by Connells and also that company appear to have a very flexible attitude to their charging structure. FIVE STARS!

I recently popped into the Romsey office a week ago. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted by a member of staff who immediately provided me with great knowledge of the local area and properties that they have got on the market currently and the potential properties coming to the market within my price range. I have recently just bought my first property through romsey Connells. I can’t not explain how helpful Lisa the manager was, she guided me through the process due to having a poor solictors with communication. Lisa basically done all the work in behalf of them for me, she speeded things up for me, clear and transparent with information I didn’t know kindly explained everything I needed to know. The whole team was fantastic quick and responsive. I will definitely be selling my house with them again. Brilliant team.

I don’t normally do reviews, but on this occasion I will make an exception.
I have just recently sold my late fathers home through Connell’s, Romsey.
I am so impressed by how easy the sale process has been for me. Lisa and Paula had potential interested buyers before the property actually went on the market. Along with a professional photographic portfolio, accompanied by a short video its no wonder my property was not up for sale for long!
I found Lisa & Paula not only professional, but friendly and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. It was a difficult decision for me to make to let my late parents home ‘go’, but Lisa convinced me that the time was right. I have to say, “she was right”.
I cannot thank Lisa and her team at Connell’s, Romsey enough for all their help and expertise with the house sale. All done and dusted in 12 weeks. Now that’s a result!
I will not hesitate to use them again should I plan to move in the future.
Highly recommended local company. Fantastic service.
