My experience with Conran Estates (specificaly Samantha) in renting a property in Eltham was excellent. Professional throughout, especially so given a tight turnaround, flexible and helpful. We were very pleased with the outcome and were moved in to our new home with no issues. The only thing we weren't such a fan of was the level of detail that the referencing agency they use requires - but they did ensure any sensitive data was handled correctly.

Conran Estates provided a great service, they were very easy to deal with. Charlotte was extremely helpful and friendly, easy to get hold of with any queries. Would recommend them.

Charlton Community Gardens is being supported by Conran Estates in Charlton for the third year running. This local estate agent has always been keen and quick to support our ventures and is always positive in response to our overtures. They have made it very clear that by sponsoring a raised bed they welcome both the local link and the improvement to the local environment that the garden at Charlton Station provides.

It was a pleasure working with Conran who were helpful, warm and flexible throughout both the purchase of a new house and the sale of our previous property.
