The staff were professional and friendly, with Tamer and Debbie being particularly helpful. They were both quick to get back to me whenever I'd emailed with a question, which I appreciated.     The team at Greenwich Conran Estates was very efficient and helpful when we were selling our home on a tight deadline to buy a bigger property from a developer. The property went on the market the end of September and we were in our new home by Christmas. We appreciated the local knowledge and personable approach of the team, most notably Hayden's punctuality, calm manner and professionalism when dealing with initial viewings, and then later on his and Nikki's commitment to support the process by updating the buyer at each juncture so that he could assist in pushing things forward. Their assistance in helping to contact the buyer and the buyer's solicitor's when we were awaiting paperwork from them made a big difference to the timescale. Professional dedication is evident in Nikki even kindly assisting to chase some paperwork on what should have been her first day of holiday. Little things also make a big difference at a stressful time- such as Kyra loaning me an umbrella when I came to the office to view Tamar's excellent pictures of our property! Overall we would definitely recommend the service of this team for anyone looking to selling their property in this area.
