10 years back we bought property using Conran Estate Eltham and it was fantastic. Now we used them to let the same property and we are completely frustrated with the service of the lettings team in Eltham and Greenwich. An abysmal experience.

My experience with Conran Estates (specificaly Samantha) in renting a property in Eltham was excellent. Professional throughout, especially so given a tight turnaround, flexible and helpful. We were very pleased with the outcome and were moved in to our new home with no issues. The only thing we weren't such a fan of was the level of detail that the referencing agency they use requires - but they did ensure any sensitive data was handled correctly.

Due to the slowing down of the London property market, it took over a year to sell our two bedroom flat in Greenwich. However Doug, and Tamer and the team, worked tirelessly to promote it, despite two disappointments when buyers pulled out.

Their unflappable positivity and continual polite optimism made them a pleasure to work with, and we would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend them to others. We finally sold for a price we were pleased with, and it was lovely for everyone to be able to tick it off!

While renting in London is never going to be the dream, Conran Estates have for the most part been great to deal with. Dan was very responsive and friendly throughout the process and we didn't have to chase paperwork or payment confirmation. Our flat is managed by them and Roisin has been super helpful at answering our questions and making sure we had all necessary info.

I would really recommend renting through Conran. Much better than all the big firms we've rented through! And when we're ready to buy Conran would be my first port of call as they were generally so nice to deal with.
