These are very organised, experienced, and professional estate agents from the Gypsy Hill / Crystal Palace area. They have managed high-value properties for dozens of years, and the properties they manage are always cleaned and presented to an impeccable standard. There are other estate agents around, yet Cooper Giles are THE estate agents to see if you are looking to rent, lease or buy the best properties in the area. Penny, the office manager, is the lady to see when you need a proper estate agents, not these newcomers who have no idea of what they are doing. I recently had an experience with your agency that I would to bring to your attention. I had made an enquiry about a property in Crystal and left my contact details, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response, whether it be a call back or email. In an attempt to follow up on my enquiry, I reached out to a female staff member from your team. Regrettably, I was met with rudeness and was asked not to call back. This interaction left me and frustrated. As a customer, I believe that good customer service is crucial for any business, and it seems that the service I received fell short of expectations. Effective and professionalism should be key priorities when dealing with enquiries and providing assistance to potential clients. I have been renting with Cooper Giles for 2 and a half years now and they have been so great and supportive, whenever issues arise they always get their regular guys in to fix it quickly. My young daughter loves to wave and chat to Penny when she sees her around the Crystal Palace. By far the best and most personable estate agents in the Palace.... Read more

These guys have always been great estate agents to have, while renting in Crystal Palace. They charged us barely any fees when we first moved in (I think about £200), no renewal fees, and always happy to bring in help when we’ve had issues with the flat. These guys make a welcome change from the other money grabbing b****ds that you would usually expect in London. Cheers Penny!... Read more
