I purchased a property which Cousins was acting as the sole agent. From the start Paul was very friendly, professional and courteous. I was impressed with the virtual tour of the property and it was easy to organise the viewing and ultimately place an offer which I was very glad was accepted by the seller. Even though there were some delays in the transaction completing he kept me informed of the seller's situation through email and telephone, and was always responsive. Highly recommended!

every time we apply cousins estate agents tell us that they accept dss or housing benefit and then in the next breath they say they cant help us we are a young couple who is actually sleeping on the streets with a 3 year old child thanks a lot it isnt just cousins every estate agents keeps telling us the same

Recently used cousins for sale of my property, met with several agents beforehand and decided that cousins were clearly the one to go with. Did not regret it, extremely professional, friendly, easy to contact and constantly kept us upto speed with progress. Paul went above and beyond and was a great guy to deal with, really helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

Steven Carter was brilliant with helping myself and my family move into our new house, all the paperwork was done very quickly and there was no fuss and any questions or queries we had were all dealt with very professionally and quickly, even after moving into the house any problems we have had Steven has dealt with on the same day as us ringing about them. Highly recommended!
