Being first time buyers we didn't have the knowledge of the process or how long things take. Hayley worked with us and sat us down through the whole process and without her we wouldn't of done it. I recently sold two properties in Milnrow through this agent. Jonny was very helpful throughout the process and always contactable. The agent was a bit over optimistic about the value of one of my properties which took a while to sell after a series of reductions. However, he advised a higher than anticipated price for my other property which was almost achieved but for a mortgage down valuation. I would recommend this agent and use them again as both my properties were sold for acceptable prices within a reasonable time frame during the covid pandemic and various hurdles successfully navigated with the agent's help. However, I would not use their recommended solicitor in future. I also had a few issues with the letting's side of the business as one of my properties was sold with a sitting tenant. The new tenancy was not issued as had been agreed due to someone being on holiday causing confusion and stress for my tenant. When it was finally issued the rent was set at the wrong price due to a mistake by the solicitor. I had to get involved post completion in resolving this for my tenant. Although it was resolved, I felt guilty that the smooth transition promise I had made to my tenant was broken.... Read more
