Cowlings were fine. They don't exist now. I am still no nearer selling my property than I was a year ago. I am far from convinced that the choice of an estate agent makes any difference whatsoever.

As first time buyers we were nervous about the whole property buying process. Hannah was brilliant, she let us view the house in our own time, communicated quickly throughout the entire process, chased up any enquiries for us and got back to us quickly every time. She made the process much less stressful than I imagined it would be. If we ever sell we would choose Cowlings estate agents and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. Hannah was honest, easy to communicate with and brilliant at her job.

Hannah has been fantastic from start to finish, including after having bought the property when we ran into some issues with energy supply, she was on the phone evenings and weekend going above and beyond. 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. My wife and I have recently completed and moved into a property that was listed with Cowlings. From day one when we first enquired about viewing the property until the final day of collecting the keys Hannah has been just brilliant to work with. She always responded quickly to all of our emails and addressed all of our concerns. Going over and above her job role to sort out any issues that had arrisen. Contacting the vendors, assisting and advising with things like surveys and taking the time to allow us extra viewings. She has communicated with us throughout the whole process and the customer service has been excellent. And Cowlings wasn't even our estate agent. We are very happy with our new home and have no intention of selling up for many ysars. But if i was to put my hous on the market I would have no reservations at all with using Cowlings to sale my home.

Cowlings were excellent throughout the entire purchase process making it a delight for me to do business with them.
