Thought I would write my personal experience on this play centre earlier today, after dealing with a very stressful and important phone call which involved my older children being refused entry into the cinema , and being stranded I was very concerned and upset meanwhile my son who is diagnosed adhd and on medication had climbed onto part of a play frame to which I went and pulled him down from whilst still trying to deal with the situation on my phone regarding my older children, a young girl came up and said in a very rude manner if you don't look after your children you will have to leave ,so after my phone call I approached this young girl and explained the situation who was very rudely spoken and tried to basically speak down to me in a very unprofessional manner, Ok so I'm not really getting anywhere with this silly little girl so I returned to my table and awaited the children's food, which came out the bread was stale and the chocolate spread look like it had growth inside , We decided to leave shortly after as the place is absolutely freezing my children's socks came out black I have had to throw them away so i don't know how often this place is cleaned, On leaving the young girl very rudely said we are not welcome back as her family own the place. I mean great you have a job working in a play centre for your family a real achievement,I can assure any other run buisnness if you where an employee in a non family buisnness I'm sure you would of had the sack on the spot No customer service, extremely rude and very unprofessional. The place has a very foul smell also my son stood on something sharp in the play area goodness knows what . I will be reporting this place to environmental health regarding the food and how dirty it was I wouldn't rate this place a 1 star !!!! Stay away!!!!... Read more

Staff were friendly. The play and sandwich deal was good. Grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Parents need to remember to supervise their kids at all times and not sit there on their phones while their kids run amok.... Read more
