Avoid at all costs, the agent/owner, Nick Craigie, owes money and despite the small claim against them being upheld by the court ,still wont pay. He will talk to you on the phone and make promises that he never intends to keep. which is a shame as it reinforces stereotypes people may have about agents. I feel trust is a very important factor, especially if you are going to entrust your property to someone, use at your own risk!!! I have never had this kind of issue with any other agents I have worked with.... Read more

We were lukcy enough to find a property to rent through Craigie & Co, who have proved again and again how fantastic they are. Not only is the property amazing, our move in was smooth, the referencing process was easy and painless and their help has been boundless. Recently I asked them to provide a letter to organise my parking permit for the flat - within an hour a signed and scanned copy was in my inbox.
